This little guy was watching me from on high as I sketched the building across the street. I knew what he thought of my sketches when he started throwing nuts at me.
Turkey Creek in Palm Bay Florida has a beautiful boardwalk overhanging the pond. Plenty of turtles lounge there on logs. This shot is of the trees. I thought it might be interesting to have a look at it in infrared. I love the textures of the bark on the trees.
I love old houses. This is a particularly interesting one down near the river. It's boarded up and looking forlorn, but you can imagine what went on there long ago.
The colors of fall are rare in Florida, but I caught this little bit of autumn over at Turkey Creek Park. It reminded me of the days when I loved in Virginia...
I love photos of hands... especially hands writing or drawing. With this one, I wanted to spotlight it a bit. That's all I did to make it a bit more artistic.
Kim Klaussen sent out three versions of UGGLove texture this week. I decided to try them out on this photo of the tracks in Black Mountain, North Carolina.
Let me know which one you like the best.
